Range of Employment
Dura-Bar offers a wide range of employment opportunities. From our plant to the corporate office, key people and skills are needed to keep us growing.
Plant and Operations
We manufacture product around the clock and our operations require many skills. From raw material receiving to final product shipping, a lot goes on in our plant. Some are active melting raw material, others monitoring the casting process and still others supporting the final product. Expertise is needed in our machine shop, maintenance department, on secondary operations, in our metallurgical lab and other exciting areas. If you enjoy the satisfaction of getting it done as a team, in a fast paced environment, you should consider Dura-Bar.
Sales and Marketing
Being an invaluable resource to our customer is the main objective. From front line customer service to outside sales, we are looking for people who enjoy finding solutions for others, coordinating resources and obtaining results. Knowledge and experience of operational processes, industrial distribution and the manufacturing market is a plus, but a commitment to making customers more competitive with Dura-Bar is the key.
